Waivers

Even if you are inadmissible as either a non-immigrant or an immigrant (permanent resident) because of a prior history of criminal activity, unlawful presence or health reasons, it may still be possible to file a waiver which is an application requesting special permission to receive a visa even though you are inadmissible.
